Please note: We are now closed for Christmas. Any orders placed will be processed from the week commencing 3rd January 2022. Thank you so much for your patience!

Orders placed between 9am on Monday and 12pm on Friday are generally dispatched within 1-2 working days. Please check the banner at the top of the website for any information on delays.

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail’s 1st Class service (this is the standard service and does not include tracking), with delivery expected in 1-2 business days after dispatch. Please also note that this is only an estimate and there can be delays, especially during this very uncertain time, which is, unfortunately, out of our control.

Shipping upgrades are available at extra charge.

Coronavirus Update

Please note that the post is set to be moving much slower at the moment due to the ongoing pandemic, which is, unfortunately, out of our control. As such, we are unable to guarantee arrival by any particular date, though we will do our absolute best to get your items to you as quickly as possible. Please order as early as possible to avoid disappointment and send me a message to discuss your options if you need something very quickly.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Returns

We gladly accept returns or exchanges, so please don't hesitate to get in touch at hello@abbieimagine.co.uk and we can advise you on the best way to proceed and provide all the information you might need. A refund will be issued on receipt of goods.

Return items back within: 14 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 4 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

- Custom or personalised orders

- Digital downloads

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for all return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
