Refund policy
We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, so if you're unhappy with your order, if it's arrived damaged or if you've simply changed your mind, please don't hesitate to get in touch at hello@abbieimagine.co.uk and we can advise you on the best way to proceed and provide all the information you might need.
A refund will be issued on receipt of goods. Please note that depending on your payment method and bank account, refunds may take 3-7 working days to appear in your account.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your item arrived damaged, please contact us with photos as soon as possible.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us with photos as soon as possible if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Items on sale
Conditions of Return:
Buyers are responsible for all return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original 'as new' condition and in its original packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
When to contact us if your order hasn't arrived
Royal Mail will only accept an item as lost in the post after 10 working days, so please allow this time before reporting an order as missing.
